Guitarzan....

I decided to actually play some guitar last night since I had nothing pressing me to get done and I could actually relax, watch the Red Sox game, and play.

Guitar sounded like crap. Strings hadn't been changed for at least a year, maybe longer. And as often as my guitar sits, it sounded like crap.

So I put new strings on my guitar. Thankfully, my father gets loads of free strings and I never have to buy any. :) So guitar sounds all new-string-tinney now. But I played for a while (with an extra-heavy pick which kind of bugged me but I couldn't find a medium) until macalyster and kalisti23 came over to hang out. Then we went to UNO where they have water, salads and A/C and hung out there. That's right, I had a salad. No pizza for this fat bastard.

But tonight, more guitar. So I can sound like I know how to play. And I found a medium pick this morning. Picks just disappear. It is their way.

I want to not be at work. BLEH!

This weekend, M and I go experience $FIRE with friend. Long drive, well, two long drives for me. But no shit ass bus ride. (Did I write about that? I don't think I did.)
